Extra Seat
Or £29 a year. Paid by the inviter. Free if the invitee already has their own subscription.
Extra Seats are for granting admin access to a specific Space, for example your accountant. They are not for adding family members. For that, use Household.

Viewer: free, always
A Viewer is someone invited as an Owner on a specific account. They see only their share of that account, docked into one of their own Spaces. They can't explain transactions, create Spaces, or perform any write operations. Viewer access is never gated by billing. If you've been invited as a Viewer, you don't need to pay anything to use it.

Pricing questions
What's the difference between a Founding Member and a Personal subscription?
Both get exactly the same features. Founding Member is £79 a year (annual only), limited to the first 100 customers, and the price is honoured for life as long as the subscription stays active. Personal is the standard tier at £9.99 a month or £99 a year.
What happens when the Founding Member tier sells out?
The offer closes. Existing Founding Members keep £79 a year for life as long as their subscription stays active. If a Founding Member cancels and rejoins later, they pay the standard Personal price.
What's the difference between a Household licence and an Extra Seat?
A Household licence is a complete Personal subscription assigned to someone else. They get their own login, their own Spaces, their own data, and full autonomy. An Extra Seat is admin access to specific Spaces inside your subscription. The Extra Seat user can manage those Spaces but can't create their own Spaces or run an independent account.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch at any time. When you move from monthly to annual mid-period, you're credited for the unused part of the monthly subscription. When you move from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
Do I have to pay if someone invites me to view their account?
No. Viewer access is always free. You'll see your share of any account you've been invited to, docked into one of your own Spaces. Viewers can't explain transactions, create Spaces, or perform any write operations.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can still log in and view your dashboard during that period. If you re-subscribe within 90 days, everything resumes as it was. After 90 days the data is deleted.
Are there any discounts for charities, students, or referrals?
We support promotional codes, gifted tiers for press and partners, and we're planning a referral credit system in future. If you run a charity or are a student and would like to be considered for a discount, get in touch.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 30-day free trial doesn't ask for a card. At the end of the trial, you choose a tier and enter payment details. If you don't, the account reverts to an unpaid state. Your data is retained for 90 days.
